healing from within..

a statement on the Transcendental Meditation link that caught my eye ...
'We are far more powerful to heal ourselves than we think, all we have to do is activate our inner healing power.'

I have come to believe in this by way of my interactions with healers and therapists through my insightful year.

plus, in response to my question on whether I have it in me to help heal some day, I was told by a good soul, a soul sister, that "we can all heal".:)

that sure is heartening.
