the coldest winter ever?

as per the met department and the news channels, this january has been the coldest month in delhi in over 4 decades, 44 years to be precise. now that is something!

there has been no sun for almost a week, and now that a teeny bit of the sun has peeped out from behind the clouds, i've stepped out to thaw myself..:)
