finally, i've somehow gotten back to the routine of a little exercise almost every morning, even if for just 10 minutes, which comprises at least the ones that are supposed to help me counter my good ol' friend now, cervical..
i love the idea of stretching and exercising and walking and cycling and jogging and gymming and swimming.. but with the daily demands, these tend to stay as thots. let's see when i can get around to these.......
