nothing to say..

one of those days when i have nothing particular to write.. usually, a thought wants to get penned down and so i am moved to sign in to my blog to let the thought flow and get captured. but today i found a moment and just wanted to write down something.

yesterday i attended the first office gettogether since i have joined this place - i just completed 6 months day before. and there have been plenty gettogethers and i have been conspicuous by my absence - the same old reasons, it's too late, i have to go too far, etc. and this absence has not helped the work environment issues. this time i was able to make an exception. i had to make an appearance and that i managed to do. the event began at 8:30 as against 7, as was expected. even i was working till past 7.

in fact, it's been a very fruitful week workwise. thank god. let this trend continue.
