blue valentine

watched blue valentine on tv this weekend. from the promos i had expected it to be a romantic, mushy movie so wasn't expecting much. only it seemed promising - somehow.

and yes, it well turned out to be far better than i expected. it portrayed so well, without dramatizing, how feelings and relationships change and evolve, with changing times and circumstances. how the love, however deep, is sometimes not enough, for happiness and togetherness..
