a week into jan 2013

the cold wave continues.. yesterday was cold!! as per the news, on friday the delhi temperatures dipped to 2.7 degrees C and gurgaon temperatures plunged to 0.7 degrees C. quite something! i realize that we are very blessed to be able to stay protected, well covered, and hence, enjoy this time of the year. there are several people out there who struggle with the harsh winters.....

meantime, it's the 4th day and i have managed to keep up with my newly resumed walk routine. now i need to keep it going!
